Refund policy

CosyPaws 30-Day Warm & Happy Guarantee

 

We want your pet to love their CosyPaws gear. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund of the product price.

 

How to request a refund: Email us at cosypaws.au@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged or faulty). We reply within 1 business day.

 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: We replace or refund these in full, including postage - no need to send anything back.

 

Change of mind: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at the buyer's cost. Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

 

Late or missing items: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll refund or resend it - your choice.

 

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
