Orders: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include free shipping within Australia. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, due to stock or pricing errors).

 

Shipping and delivery: See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.

 

Returns and refunds: See our Return and Refund Policy - a 30-day guarantee applies to all products.

 

Product use: The CosyPaws Thermal Mat is an unpowered comfort product for pets. Always supervise pets with any new product. It is not a medical or veterinary device.
