Free tracked shipping on every order, Australia-wide.

 

Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

 

Delivery: 5-8 business days after dispatch for most metro areas; please allow up to 12 business days for regional and rural addresses. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

We currently ship within Australia only.

 

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email cosypaws.au@gmail.com and we'll refund or resend it - your choice.
